 ONLINE POLICY

General Information:
All our jewelry is in sterling silver, rhodium plated, and all the stones used, are CZs, unless otherwise specified.
Our products, for the time being, are only available on line and at certain Gem Shows, a schedule of which we would be happy to e-mail you upon request.

Your order and Payment method:
You may order on line and payments are accepted with a Visa, MasterCard and/or American Express. Please note that California residents will be charged sales tax.
Upon receiving your order, we shall immediately respond to you via the e-mail address you provided, confirming that Gemvendor has received and is processing your order.
Due to the high demand for many of our items, Gemvendor cannot always guarantee availability of all products, although we update our on-line inventory, daily. However if you have ordered an item that is no longer in stock or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we shall notify you via e-mail. Furthermore, your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipment:
Your order will be shipped within a maximum period of 48 hours, and you should receive your package within 3-7 business days. We use the USPS , and our packages will be certified and insured to prevent any financial loss to either party.

Shipping Charges:
We have a “one time free shipping” policy, for first time customers, otherwise a shipping charge of 8.00 USD will apply to packages sent within the United States.


Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days from date of purchase. Customers however, must notify Gemvendor within three days of receiving the product(s) to be eligible for a return. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange, receive on-line store credit, or receive a refund (total cost of item minus shipping charge). Please note that all returned items must be in the condition they were received and that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as for lost or damaged products that are returned.

Special Rates:
Special rates are granted to repeat customers or customers who buy volume. For further details please discuss rebates with the Management
